Dear – Prof. Zeng Qingwen’s Family,

As this morning, I am deeply saddened to hear about the sudden demise of that Prof. Zeng Qingwen went to heaven by an accident. I am writing to extend my deepest sympathies to you.

Prof. Zeng Qingwen's went to heaven has come as a shock to all of us. I am so sorry for your loss. And I know it is a great loss for you in particular. I was very sorry to hear about his passing away. I had the greatest respect for him to distinguish expert of Magnoliaceae and to the development of the living collection of magnoliaceous plants in Magnolia and will miss working with him, his generous nature and sharing, his remarkable sense of humor.

Please let me know whether there is anything I can do to help during this difficult time. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I will burn incenses for him tonight.
